The Wall Street Journal: Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt’s Onetime Home Lists for $56 Million

A Beverly Hills estate designed by Hollywood architect Wallace Neff, and extensively remodeled decades later by then-owners Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt, is coming on the market for $56 million.

The approximately 12,000-square-foot estate dates back to the 1930s, when Mr. Neff designed the property for actor Fredric March and his wife, actress Florence Eldridge, according to the listing agent, Susan Smith of Hilton & Hyland. Mr. Neff was known for building some of the most recognizable estates of Hollywood’s Golden Age.
